Products Needed:
4-6 tomatoes 6 tbsp butter 3-4 onions 1-2 tbsp lemon juice salt, peppercorns, greens 2 chickens

Directions: Divide chickens into portions, fry in butter until golden crisp.
Scald tomatoes, peel and slice.
Melt butter, put chopped onion and fry stirring, add tomatoes and fry again. Then put poultry slices, add lemon juice, pepper and bring to boil.
Serve chicken,covering with the sauce from frying and top with greens. Garnish with cooked macaroni.
