Products Needed:
1 lb chicken 2 eggs 4 tsp wheat flour 3 onions 3 1/2 tbsp butter 1 tsp lemon juice 1 garlic 1 cup water salt, greens

Directions: Peel garlic, mince, add a cup of water and lemon juice.
Bathe chicken, divide into slices, marinate for 1-2 hours in garlic solution with chopped greens.
Cut onion into dices and fry in a part of butter.
Whisk egg, add sautéed onion, chopped greens and salt.
Cover marinated chicken slices with flour, dip in egg with onion and fry on heated greased frying pan. Cover the chicken with the remaining egg and bake in oven.
Serve with simmered rice.
