Make
yeast dough.
Mince onion and meat, add fat, salt, pepper, stir-fry briskly, add water to cover the meat on 1 inch (2.5 cm).Cover and stew over medium heat, stirring, until water evaporates. Cool.
Divide the dough into 2 parts, roll out each. Put one layer dough on a greased baking tray, put stuffing and cover with the second dough layer, turning the edges under the 1st layer. Let stay in warm place and bake in and oven over medium heat.
