1-2 potatoes, boiled 2 cucumbers, fresh 1 egg, boiled 2 tbsp green peas, tinned 3 tbsp mayonnaise salt to taste greens 1 lb (500 g) chicken breasts | Directions: Boil chicken breasts until ready and bone. Cut a portion of fillet and reserve for topping, dice the rest chicken fillet.
Dice potato and cucumbers finely, mix, add chicken, green peas, mayonnaise, add salt and stir.
