Products Needed:
3 oz (60 g) chinese cabbage 1 tbsp soy sauce 1/4 tsp monosodium glutamate (MSG) 1/3 tsp sugar salt to taste 1/2 lb (250 g) chicken breasts

Directions: Wash cabbage, put some leaves on the serving platter, shred the rest cabbage.
Cook chicken breasts in salted boiling water until ready. Cool, bone and cut into strips. Combine chicken and shredded cabbage, season with soy sauce, sugar, glutamate and stir. Serve on the cabbage leaves.
