Products Needed:
1-2 chicken, about 3 lb (1.4 kg) total 2 tbsp soy sauce 1 tsp anise seeds 1 tsp cinnamon, pound 1 tbsp ginger, pound 1 tbsp wild garlic, chopped 1 tbsp salt parsley greens

Directions: Wash chicken, pour with cool water, bring to a boil and skim the foam. Boil for 5 minutes, add wild garlic, ginger, cinnamon, anise seeds, season with salt and soy sauce. Stew for an hour in a covered pan.
Take the ready chicken off the bouillon, cool and cut into chunks. Pour the chicken with bouillon and top with greens while serving.
