2/3 lb. flaky dough 7/8 lb. field mushrooms 2/7 lb. cheese 2 bulbs onion 1 tbsp. vegetable oil parsley greens chopped salt, pepper | Directions: Prepare puff dough following the instructions for the basic recipe (see the recipe). Roll the dough out into the layer over 0,2 inch and put on baking tray moistened with cold water. Chop onion and fry in oil. Clean mushrooms, bathe and halve. Slice cheese. Put the following layers on the dough: mushrooms, cheese, onion and parsley greens. Salt, pepper. Bake the pie in oven over 480°F. |
