Dough: 1 1/2 cup wheat flour 7 1/2 tbsp. butter 2 tbsp. water 1 tsp. salt 1 egg yolk Filling: 2 1/5 lb. onion 1/2 cup sour cream 3 tbsp. melted lard 1/2 tbsp. flour 3 eggs salt, pepper, nutmeg | Directions: Knead the dough of named products, cover with film and refrigerate for 1 hour. Cut onion into rings, pour a dollop of water and simmer. Add grease, salt, pepper and nutmeg. Season onion with flour, then mix with sour cream. Cook through for 2-3 minutes and cool. Then whisk in eggs. Roll the dough out and put in mold, making rims. Arrange over onion mass and bake in oven over 430°F for 35 minutes. |
