Dough: 2 1/2 lb. wheat flour 2/9 lb. margarine 1 cup kefir 1 tsp. baking soda 1 tsp. salt Filling: 2/7 lb. dried mushrooms 2 oz. onion 3 tbsp. vegetable oil 2 tbsp. spring onion chopped salt, pepper | Directions: Knead the dough of named products refrigerate for 1 hour. Soak mushrooms in cold water, bathe, chop. Then mix with chopped fried onion, salt, pepper. Add some water and stew until done. Cool. Roll the dough out and put in greased mold, making rims. Put the stuffing on the dough layer and season with spring onion. Bake the tart in oven over medium heat for 20-25 minutes, then rise the heat and bake for additional 10 minutes. Let the tart sit for 10-15 minutes. |
