Dough: 3 cups wheat flour 1 cup vegetable oil 2 cups water 1 tbsp. salt 4 eggs Filling: 2 cups boiled rice 1 1/2 lb. turbot fillet 6 boiled eggs dill greens chopped salt, pepper | Directions: Boil salted water with oil, pour flour and make the dough. Add egg by egg and stir well up. Roll the dough into 2 layers, put the one on greased baking tray. Mix rice with oil and dill, put on the dough layer, adjust, cover with halibut slices (12 hours before: put halibut slices in salted water, then bathe). Put chopped eggs on the halibut layer. Cover all with the second dough layer, tweak the edges, dock the dough in some places. Bake the pie in oven over medium heat. |
