Products Needed:
short lb (400 g) chicken, minced 1/2 lb (250 g) rice, boiled 1 egg 2 tbsp spring onion, chopped 2 tbsp coriander greens, chopped 2 tbsp soy sauce 1 tsp corn starch salt, ground black peppercorn to taste vegetable oil for deep frying

Directions: To minced chicken add an egg, spring onion, coriander, salt, peppercorn, soy sauce and mix well. Space rice on a serving platter. Shape walnut sized balls out of chicken mass and roll in the rice mixed with starch.
Deep fry the balls in heated to 320oF (160oC) oil for 5-8 minutes until golden. Drain the excess oil and place the balls on the platter.
Serve with fresh vegetable salad. Serve sweet chili sauce or ketchup separately.
