Dough:
1 1/2 cup wheat flour
1/2 cup water
1 egg
1/2 tsp. salt
Forcemeat:
1/2 lb. beef
4/7 lb. pork
2 oz. onion
2 cups water
peppercorn, salt
2/9 lb. fried liver
2 oz. fried onion
2 oz. fried mushrooms
3 tbsp. melted butter
6 tbsp. sour cream
2 tbsp. sauce
Directions:
Knead the dough of named products (leave a part of dough for baking). Roll the dough into braid, cut into slices and roll out each. Mince meat with onion, adjust to taste and dissolve with water. Put stuffing on each dough circle, shape pelmeni. Cook them in salted boiling water until half-done. Put pelmeni in ceramic pot, add shredded liver, onion and mushrooms, pour with sour cream with «South» sauce, cover with a dough lid. Bake in oven until dough lid golden.
