Dough: 1 1/2 cup wheat flour 1/2 cup water 1/2 tsp. salt 1 egg Forcemeat: 4/9 lb. mushrooms 2 oz. onion 1 tbsp. butter greens chopped peppercorn, salt sour cream or 1 lb. fish fillet 1/6 lb. onion 3 tbsp. butter peppercorn, salt | Directions: Knead the dough of named products, make a braid, slice and roll out. Chop mushrooms and onion and sautee apart. Add greens and adjust to taste. To make fish stuffing mince fish fillet with onion twice. Add butter and adjust to taste. Put stuffing on dough bases, shape pelmeni and cook them in salted water. Serve mushroom pelmeni with sour cream, and fish pelmeni — with butter. |
