Dough: 2 cups wheat flour 1/2 cup water 5 eggs salt Forcemeat: 2 lb. cottage cheese 1/2 cup flour 1 egg salt 1 pinch caraway seeds crushed sour cream | Directions: Knead the dough ofm flour, egg, water and salt. Mix cottage cheese, egg, cumin, salt and flour. Roll the dough out into the layer over 0,6 inch thick. Arrange over stuffing balls, leaving the dough edge over 2 inches. Cover the stuffing with the remaining dough and cut pelmeni by special cutter. Cook pelmeni in salted boiling water for 6-8 minutes over medium boiling. Take out prepared pelmeni and pour with sour cream. |
