3/4 lb fish
2 hard boiled eggs
1/2 tbsp lettuce
ground ground pepper
1/2 tsp monosodium glutamate
1 tsp sesame oil
salt
Directions:
Pour 3 cups of water over the filleted fish, and bring to a boil, skimming the froth off. Sprinkle with salt, add MSG, pepper, and cook for 5 minutes. Filter the bouillon.

Cut fish and eggs into serving size pieces, shred lettuce.

Before serving, put some fish and eggs mixture on each soup plate, and drizzle with sesame oil.
