Wash and dry shrimps and meat, combine in a blender, stir in an egg white, ramson, ginger, salt and 1 tablespoon of MSG, and mix thoroughly. Roll walnut shaped balls.
In a bowl, bring 3 cups of water to a boil, and cook balls, skimming the froth off. Add cut into stripes ham, mushrooms, green beans and the remaining MS G. Simmer for 15 minutes.
Put on a plate and serve chopped greens alongside.
