2/3 lb cauliflower
1/4 tsp monosodium glutamate
2 tsp tomato sauce
2 tbsp vegetable oil
salt
greens
Directions:
Rinse cauliflower and break into florets.

Sauté it in the preheated to 284 °F (160 °C) oil for 3-5 minute, then remove and drain. In the remaining oil, add sauce, salt and MSG, and stew for 1-2 minutes.

Serve cauliflower hot, covered with the sauce.
