3/4 lb green beans
2 oz. white cabbage
2 oz. carrot
2 oz. mushrooms
1/4 tsp monosodium glutamate
1/2 tsp sugar
1 tsp sesame oil
2 tbsp vegetable oil
salt
greens
Directions:
Cut cabbage without top leaves into stripes, add fresh green beans. Cut carrots into rings. Wash mushrooms and cut them into pieces.

Stir-fry vegetables with mushrooms, stir in 4 tablespoons of water, sugar, salt, MSG, sesame oil, and stew until ready.

Serve hot, garnishing with greens.
