Cook peeled potato until about ready, and then mash. Add an egg, salt, pepper, MSG and thinly cut mushrooms, and mix well.
Stem and seed fresh green pepper, and then scald.
Fill each pepper with mashed potato, put on a greased baking sheet, and bake in the preheated to 420 °F (200–220 °С) oven for 15-20 minutes.
Serve with greens.
