16 slices french bread stick
7 oz (200 gm) mushrooms, pickled, sliced
2-3 tbsp shallot, chopped
2 tbsp parsley root, chopped
3 tbsp butter
3 tbsp wheat wheat flour
2 cups milk
1 tbsp vegetable oil
2/3 lb (300 g) cheese, grated
salt, ground peppercorn to taste
Directions:
Fry shallot and parsley greens in vegetable oil for 2-3 minutes.

Melt butter, dust with flour and stir-fry for 2 minutes. Add milk and bring to a boil stirring. Add mushrooms, fried shallot and parsley, season with salt and pepper and reduce over the low heat for 5-6 minutes.

Place bread slices on the baking sheet, spread with mushroom sauce and top with cheese. Bake in the preheated to 360oF (180oC) oven for 5 minutes.
