Products Needed:
4 slices French bread
8 oz. (1 can) mackerel in oil
2 boiled eggs
1 1/2 oz. cheese
1/2 onion
2 tbsp. mayonnaise
2 cloves garlic
parsley greens
salt, ground black pepper
Directions:

Shred canned fish, add finely chopped eggs, half of the grated cheese, finely chopped garlic, onion and greens, and toss together with mayonnaise.

Put the paste on long loaf slices, sprinkle with the remaining cheese and bake in the preheated to 356 °F (180 °C) oven for 2-3 minutes.

Garnish with greens.
