Fry frankfurters in oil at all sides.
Roll out dough on the dusted with flour board. Dice into 3-inches squares, smearing each one with an even layer of liver paste. Smear with mustard.
Working one at a time, put frankfurters on the edge of each square, roll up, and pinch the edges of the dough. Bake in the preheated to 356 °F (180 °C) oven for 10 minutes until brown.
When serving, garnish with greens.
