6 boiled eggs 1/2 bunch parsley greens 1 onion 6 oz. ham 1/4 cup mayonnaise 1/4 cup parched almonds salt, ground black pepper, parsley | Directions: Chop eggs. Chop greens, peeled onion and ham finely. Toss together with eggs and mayonnaise, mix. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Roll balls and dredge with crushed almonds. Refrigerate for an hour.
When serving, garnish with greens. |
