Pare and seed vegetable marrows, and thin cut. Sauté, then transfer to the napkin and let the excess fat drip. Slice coarse. Line with vegetable marrows, cover with a cheese layer, and top with gammons. Pepper, salt (mind if cheese is salty that would be enough with salt), put bay leaf.
Bake in the preheated to 356 °F (180 °C) oven for 5 minutes.
Serve hot, sprinkling with greens.
