Products Needed:
7 oz. spaghetti 6 tomatoeses 4 oz. cheese 2 tsp. wheat flour 1 tbsp. butter 1 cup milk 1 1/2 tbsp. parsley greens 1 clove garlic 3 tbsp. breadcrubms 2 tbsp. vegetable oil salt, ground black pepper

Directions: Parch flour in some butter. Stir in milk and boil. Melt cheese in the mixture, salt and pepper.
Blanch and dice tomatoes, and put in the cheese sauce. Cut the tops of the remaining tomatoes.
Finely chop greens and garlic, and combine with breadcrumbs. Sprinkle tomatoes with the mixture and drizzle with oil. Bake in the preheated to 356 °F (180 °C) oven for 10 minutes.
Cook spaghetti.
Serve spaghetti with tomatoes, coating with cheese sauce.
