Products Needed:
1 1/2 lb. veal liver 2 tbsp. wheat flour 1 onion 1 sweet pepper 1 cup tomato juice 1 tbsp. lemon juice vegetable oil for frying parsley greens salt, ground red pepper to taste

Directions: Rinse and finely cut liver, discarding membranes. Dredge in flour and fry in oil together with onions cut into rings. Add finely cut pepper, stir in tomato juice, 2 cups of water and lemon juice. Cover and stew for 5-8 minutes.
Serve with cooked potato, sprinkling with cut greens.
