Products Needed:
1 cup rice 1/4 lb smoked sausage 1/4 lb ham 1 onion 2 eggs 4 tbsp olive oil salt greens

Directions: Sort out and wash rice, put in 6 cups of boiling water and boil cook until ready. Drain excess liquid and let cool.
Cut peeled onion thinly, dice ham and sausage, and combine. Sauté, stir in a whipped egg, and stir-fry until quite firm. Add rice, and cook over low heat more.
It may be served both with greens as a single dish and as a garnish for poultry.
