1 cup rice
2 oz. smoked sausage
1 tsp chopped ramson
1/4 tsp monosodium glutamate
2-3 tbsp vegetable oil
salt
parsley greens
Directions:
Wash and cook rice in the boiling water sprinkled with salt until ready.

Cut sausage into 3-inch stripes and fry in the preheated to 320 °F (160 °C) oil for a minute. Add rice, ramson, MSG and salt, and keep stir-frying for a couple of minutes.

When serving, garnish with greens.
