1 cup boiled rice
3/4 oz. ham
3/4 oz. shrimps
1 oz. cucumber
1/2 oz. green peas
1/2 oz. carrot
1 tsp chopped ramson
1/2 oz. mushrooms
1/4 tsp monosodium glutamate
1 tbsp sesame oil
salt, ground pepper
parsley greens
Directions:
Cut ham, mushrooms and carrots into thin pieces.

Sauté ham, shrimps, mushrooms, carrot and ramson in the preheated to 320 °F (160 °C) oil. Add peas, rice, MSG, salt, mix thoroughly, and keep frying for 2-3 minutes.

When serving, garnish with greens and cucumber slices.
