1 cup rice 1 tbsp shredded walnuts 1 tsp apricot pit core, peanut, and pumpkin seeds 1 tsp shredded dates and zest 1 tbsp sugar cinnamon | Directions: Cover clean rice with cold water and bring to a boil over high heat, then simmer, stirring constantly.
When it is cooked through, sprinkle with walnuts, apricot pits, dates, peanuts, pumpkin seeds, zest, cinnamon and sugar, mix thoroughly, and cook more.
