Dice soy curd.
Stir-fry ramson in the preheated to 240 °F (120 °C) oil. Add soy bouillon, cottage cheese, mushrooms, and salt. Bring to a boil, reduce heat, and stew for 5 minutes. Before completing, add MSG and dissolved in some water starch, and stew until the sauce thickens.
When serving, garnish with greens.
