Products Needed:
12 peaches
5 eggs
1 cup heavy cream
2 tbsp. shaved almonds
4 oz. French bread
Directions:

Pare peaches, halve and discard pits.

Mix eggs with cream and sugar. Parch almonds.

Put baguette slices on the baking pat, cover with peaches and coat with the egg-creamy mix.

Bake in the preheated to 356-392 °F (180-200 °С) oven for 30 minutes.

Serve the pudding cold, sprinkling with almond flakes.
