Slice poussin fillet, combine with an egg, salt, MSG, curry sauce and dissolved starch. Leave stand for 30 minutes. Arrange sesame seeds on a plate in a single layer and dredge the fillet until well coated.
Fry fillet in the preheated to 356 °F (180 °C) on each side until golden.
When serving, put on a plate, garnish with greens and cucumber.
