1/3 lb (150 gm) almonds and walnuts
1 1/2 cup sour cream
1 cup sugar
3 eggs
2/3 lb (300 g) sultana
2 cups wheat wheat flour
2/3 cup apricot jam
1/4 tsp baking soda
a dash of salt
Directions:
Mix sugar and eggs with sour cream, add chopped nuts, raisins, flour, baking soda and salt. Mix well.

Put in the greased baking pan and bake in the preheated to 300-320oF (150-160oC) oven until ready.

Cover the ready with jam and top with sultana.
