Mince poussin fillet, add salt, MSG, an egg, dissolved in some water starch, and mix thoroughly.
Mash ham with mushrooms, shrimps, add ramson and mix well. Combine with melted butter, stir until smooth consistency and leave to stand in the refrigerator. Roll walnut shaped balls.
Make little flat cakes of chicken forcemeat, center them with butter balls and shape rolls. Deep-fry until ready.
When serving, garnish with greens and vegetables.
