Products Needed:
1/2 lb chicken (poussin) filet 1/3 lb shrimps 1/4 lb fried peanuts 1 egg white 1 tbsp cornstarch 1/4 tsp monosodium glutamate 5 tbsp vegetable oil salt greens

Directions: Cut chicken fillet into steaks, combine with an egg white, salt, 1/2 tablespoon of starch, and leave to stand for half an hour.
Mince shrimps, add salt, MSG and shredded peanuts, and mix well.
Place chicken steaks on a tray, dredging them with the remaining starch. Working one at a time, collar each steak with some shrimp filling. Deep-fry in the preheated to 356 °F (180 °C) oil until ready.
When serving, garnish with greens.
