6 boiled eggs
3 tomatoes
1/3 lb. field mushrooms
2 oz. ham
3 tbsp. sauce
1 tbsp. butter
black pepper ground to taste
salt to taste
lettuce leaves
Directions:
Clean eggs, halve across, grate yolks.

Fry mushrooms with minced ham in butter, adding salt and pepper. Cool, add yolks and stir up.

Halve tomatoes, remove a part of the pulp and salt.

Fill in egg whites with prepared stuffing and put vertically on lettuce leaves.

Put tomatoes on egg whites, decorate with mayonnaise sauce with aspic points.
