Products Needed:
1 lb pork filet 2 tbsp soy sauce 1/4 tsp monosodium glutamate 2 tbsp table wine 3 tbsp sugar 3 tbsp peanut oil 1 tomatoes salt greens

Directions: Mix together all foodstuff except pork meat and vegetables, cover meat with the mixture and leave stand for an hour.
Preheat oven to 392 °F (200 °C). Grill meat for 15-20 minutes, until running juices are clear.
When serving, garnish with greens and cut tomato.
