Products Needed:
1 lb beef filet 1/4 lb mushrooms spring onion 1 sweet pepper 2 tbsp fried sesame 2 tbsp vegetable oil greens *for marinade 1 tbsp soy sauce 1 tbsp lemon juice 1 tbsp cornstarch 2 tbsp red wine 1/2 red hot pepper 1 tsp ground ginger root 1 clove garlic salt

Directions: Rinse meat and cut into thin steaks. Make marinade mixing all ingredients, and dress the meat. Leave to stand in the refrigerator for 3-4 hours. Brown in the preheated 356 °F (180 °С) oil.
Sauté diced mushrooms in the remaining oil, add cut in thin stripes pepper, mix thoroughly, and fry for 2-3 minutes. Add chopped onion, and keep frying for a minute. Place fried meat in, stir in marinade and stew for 3-4 minutes.
Serve with boiled rice, sprinkle with sesame seeds, garnish with red hot pepper rings and greens.
