Put on the bottom of each jar spices. Then put sorted prunes and grapes.
Prepare the marinade: mix water, sugar and bring to boil, filter, bring to boil again and add vinegar. Pour the marinade in jars, cover the lids and put in a pan with water heated until 120-140°F.
Pasteurize over 185°F, 0,5 liter jars for 15 minutes, 1 liter jars — for 20 minutes, 3 liters jars — for 30 minutes.
