Products Needed:
1/4 lb pork 3/4 lb noodles 1 carrot 1 oz. mushrooms 1 tsp soy sauce 1/4 tsp monosodium glutamate 1 tsp starch 4 tbsp vegetable oil salt

Directions: Rinse pork meat and mushrooms, cut into pieces. Cut peeled carrots into 1-2-inch stripes.
Deep-fry in the preheated to 320 °F (160 °C) oil for 5 minutes. Stir in 4 cups of water, soy sauce, MSG, salt, and bring to a boil. Stir in dissolved in water starch and keep cooking for 2-3 minutes.
Serve on a plate with noodles and vegetables, and cover with the sauce.
