Cook peeled potato until ready, and then puree.
Add thinly chopped onion, garlic, nutmeg, coriander and eggs to the forcemeat, pepper and salt. Mix the farce well and combine with puree.
Shape thick pancakes, and fry in the preheated to 320-356 °F (160-180 °C) oil for 3 minutes on each side.
Serve with boiled rice, garnish with vegetables.
