2 1/5 lb. raspberries 2 1/5 lb. currants 2 1/5 lb. gooseberry 2 1/5 lb. strawberries 11-13 cups sugar | Directions: Bathe gooseberries and red currant, dry. Cut off stems. Mix and mince berries. Add raspberries and strawberries, cook down stirring over law heat. Then add sugar and cook until done. Cool and pack. |
