Rinse fish, then rub with salt and leave to stay for 20 minutes. Then dredge in flour, and fry in the pre-heaetd to 320 °F (160 °С) oil until golden brown. Take out the fish, and let oil drip.
Cut peeled onion into rings, and fry with ramson over medium-high heat for 2 minutes. When about ready, pour 4 cups of water, add sugar and salt, and stew for 10 minutes.
When serving, garnish with chopped greens.
