1 1/4 pike perch
1 lemon
1/4 tsp ground ginger
1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
spring onion
1 tbsp soy sauce
4 tbsp vegetable oil
salt, ground red pepper
lettuce leaves
parsley greens
Directions:
Fillet fish, rinse and cut into thin pieces. Marinate in the mixture of soy sauce, salt, pepper, ginger and spring onion, and leave to stand for an hour.

Deep-fry in the preheated to 356 °F (180 °C) oil for 10 minutes.

Put on a plate and garnish with parsley greens, lettuce leaves and lemon slices.
