1/4 lb shrimps
1/2 egg
1 tsp cornstarch
1 tsp white wine
salt
vegetable oil for deep-frying
Directions:
Rinse and dry shrimps, cut thinly, add an egg, starch, salt, and mix well.

Roll walnut shaped balls and deep-fry in the preheated to 320 °F (160 °C) oil for 2-3 minutes until golden.

Serve with greens.
