Rinse and salt squids, add wine, finely chopped spring onion, pepper, and mix well; leave to stand for 30 minutes.
Whip eggs, add starch, flour, and 2 tablespoons of water, mix well, and put squids in the mixture.
Fry squid fritters in the preheated to 356 °F (180 °C) oil until golden brown.
