Combine forcemeat with soy sauce, MSG, ramson, ginger, and stir in 2 tablespoon of water, salt and mix thoroughly.
Knead dough of flour, 3/4 cups of water and salt, and let sit for half an hour. Roll dough in a long bar and cut into pieces. Roll out flat cakes, and center each with forcemeat, pinching the edges.
Cook in the double boiler for 25 minutes. Take out and chill a little.
Deep-fry dumplings in the preheated to 356-392 °F (180-200 °C) until golden.
