2 cups wheat wheat flour
3 tbsp chopped ramson
1/4 tsp monosodium glutamate
4 tbsp vegetable oil

Directions:
Knead dough of flour, 3/4 cup of boiled water and salt, and let sit for 30 minutes.

Roll out square shaped cake, brush with 1 tablespoon of oil, and sprinkle with salt, ramson and MS G. Roll up a tight 5-inch collar, and cut into 18 pieces, 1/2 inch thick.

Deep-fry cakes in the preheated to 284 °F (140 °C) for 3-4 minutes until golden.
