Knead dough of flour, 3 cups of warm water, yeast, and salt. Leave in a warm place for an hour.
Whip eggs with a sprinkle of salt, 1 teaspoon of MSG and some ramson.
Roll out dough, brush with 1 teaspoon of oil, sprinkle with the remaining MSG and ramson. Fold up in two, and roll out for a second time.
Preheat oil to 284 °F (140 °C), stir in whipped eggs, top with the cake, and fry on each side until ready.
When serving, cut the pie into rhombuses.
